Debra Johnson Jones, President of Vodaci Technologies, Inc., a professional communications technology firm head quartered in Des Moines , Iowa . Vodaci serves businesses with one to multiple facilities located in Iowa and throughout the US engineering and installing voice and data communication systems and applications. Debra is responsible for the strategic, financial and operational performance of the company. Since joining Vodaci Technologies in 2000, she has led the company in culture, name and strategic direction changes. Debra wants to reinvent how people think about telecommunications. She has also, developed a company mascot, marketing program and other key management positions to support the substantial growth the company has realized and is planning. Vodaci's strategy is to deliver great value and superior service for their clients. Prior to joining Vodaci Technologies, Debra, a CPA, was the VP and CFO with Business Publications and Iowa Title Company a multi product publishing company specializing in niche markets and Iowa's largest title company, as subsidiary of a publicly held company for 10 years; with CHART Services for 1 year; and Deloitte and Touche and Ernst and Young for 10 years combined. Raised in Des Moines , Iowa , Debra received her undergraduate degree from Upper Iowa University in Accounting and Business and her graduate degree from Drake University in Taxation. Debra is also a Director for the Vintage Mutual Funds and AAA Minnesota/Iowa. She has also served on the boards of numerous civic and community organizations, including the DMACC Foundation Board, Des Moines Metro Opera, the Salisbury House Foundation and the City of Urbandale Planning and Zoning Commission. Debra is a member of the Iowa Society of CPA's, the American Institute of CPA's and the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute.

Bob Blaskovich
Senior Vice President

Bob Blaskovich is an accomplished communications technology professional. Since entering the business 21 years ago, Bob has consulted with many businesses on solutions to their communication challenges. Bob is a quick study, able to grasp the nuances of a complicated and ever changing industry. He understands what it takes to design integrated technology solutions that work today and migrate into the future. His communications practice has steadily grown as organizations have turned to him for solutions to their voice, data and computer integration needs. Businesses have relied on Bob to implement technology platforms that will protect their initial investment while enabling them to build the communications infrastructure that best accommodates their business for tomorrow.

Bob has been with Vodaci Technologies for ten years as Sr. Vice President. Prior to joining Vodaci, Bob was with two other telecommunications companies for eleven years. During Bob's career he has served as a technician, service manager, customer service, sales engineering and system design and sales.

Bob has a BS degree from Upper Iowa University and has attended University of Iowa and obtained an AA in Telecommunications at DMACC. He has also obtained numerous manufacturer technical and sales engineering certifications from leading manufactures in the Telephony industry.
