Your company will be assigned a Vodaci project manager for customized account management, supporting all technology communications products – including non-standardized platforms.

• Government Certifications:  We provide full-service technology communications solutions for government agencies throughout the U.S., supporting our government clients from needs assessment and implementation, all the way through to training and reliable after-the-sale support.
  
  
• Vodaci has been granted a Federal and State Minority-Owned Business Certification. We are also a SBA Certified 8(a) and SDB Firm.  Vodaci Technologies is a GSA Schedule Reseller. 
  
  
• Customized User Training:  Vodaci provides comprehensive training sessions at your facility, complete with product users guides. We will provide your system administrators and answering staff, with personalized training.

• Engineering:  Vodaci specializes in custom engineering and designing a total solution for your business.  We’ll spend the time to fully assess your business’ needs and then recommend fully built-out data and voice networks to support those needs.

• Technical:  Vodaci has certified engineers in both voice and data communications. Our on-site field support is in all 50 states.  We also have remote field support. And our support and monitoring services are available 24/7.
