"When it was first decided to move to a new location several years ago, one of our main considerations was a new telephone service that would not only meet our telephone needs, but would also serve us with a up-to-date voice mail system. The one we had was over 12 years old, and was not very user friendly.
We contacted several companies before deciding on Vodaci and the thing that impressed us the most was their professionalism from the very first presentation to the final installation of the new equipment. When we first contacted Vodaci, they sat down with us and asked us what we were looking for in a phone system. Other vendors would begin by showing us what they had and then ask us if their system would work in our environment.
After we had made our decision to purchase, the representatives of Vodaci not only delivered the equipment on time, but they had instructional classes for all of our staff before we even moved into our new location. Of course there were a few glitches, but the technicians and the sales reps were always there to solve the opportunity. We even changed a few things from the final plans, and they were more than cooperative in changing to the way we wanted things. They even made a suggestion on how we could know whether or not an associate was in the building. One of the buttons on the phone could be used as in/out button, and all the receptionist had to do was push a button on the main console and green lights would indicate the status of each station.
In conclusion, I would just like to say that I appreciate the way the representatives of Vodaci conducted themselves from first contact to final installation and beyond. In my book, they are top-notch professionals, and I would not hesitate to use them for any future communication needs."

We are working with Vodaci on a new phone system for our new building on the West Side of Des Moines. I only wish all of our suppliers exhibited the professionalism, knowledge, and expertise that Vodaci does.
We have found Vodaci not only a superior supplier of telecommunications equipment but in addition an excellent resource for information and help through the maze of long distance suppliers, 800 number service, local service and data transmission. They have even acted as a consultant for basic services like proper phone etiquette.
We are a 24 hour 7 day a week operation so our telephones are a most indispensable tool for our business. We have found that the few times our phones have been down, Vodaci quickly made the necessary repairs and had us back in operation with very little interruption. With battery back-up on our phone systems, we have suffered no loss of telephone communication from power outages.
